Statement by Linda Klein:

I continue to work in the studio but the spring flowers and birds showing up have brought me into the yard to plant some lettuce and chard. Being outside in the sunshine and seeing new life sprouting has restored my hope for the future.

My artwork has been using nature as a subject for about 10 years. In the current work I have been looking underground to see the creepy, crawling critters and included them in the work. I am  experimenting with making them in 3D variations.
