Directions to the Gallery

Getting here

The gallery is located at 450 Harrison Avenue in the South End, one block from Berkeley Street and across the Mass Pike from Chinatown. Look for the yellow banner "SoWa District" (South of Washington). Parking available next door in the 500 Harrison parking lot.

By Car:

From Cambridge
Take Massachusetts Ave. Go through Back Bay and South End. Go left on Harrison Avenue before Boston Medical Center/Boston City Hospital. Go for approximately 1.2 miles. You can enter a parking lot at 500 Harrison Ave and walk one block east to the gallery or you can look for onstreet parking. We are located on street level at 450 Harrison Avenue.

Or take Storrow Drive to the Copley Square Exit Exit onto Clarendon Street. Stay straight on Clarendon past Copley and into South End. Take short left onto Tremont Street, then immediate right onto Waltham Street. Follow Waltham St to Harrison Ave. Take a left onto Harrison Avenue. You can enter a parking lot at 500 Harrison Ave and walk one block east to the gallery or you can look for onstreet parking. We are located on street level at 450 Harrison Avenue.

From Mass Pike 1-90
From Providence: take 95N to 128 to Mass Pike.
At Prudential/Copley Exit 22, take Copley on right, which puts you in Back Bay. Take the first right onto Dartmouth Street. Follow through to South End. Dartmouth becomes West Dedham St after Tremont. Follow to intersection of West Dedham and Harrison Ave. Turn left on Harrison. You can enter a parking lot at 500 Harrison Ave and walk one block east to the gallery or you can look for onstreet parking. We are located on street level at 450 Harrison Avenue.

From 93 Southbound
Take Exit 18 - Frontage Road/Mass Ave/Roxbury. Stay on overpass, following signs for Mass Ave/Roxbury/Albany St. Take left at 3rd light. Bear right on Mass Ave (north). Turn Right onto Harrison Ave. (after Albany Street). You can enter a parking lot at 500 Harrison Ave and walk one block east to the gallery or you can look for onstreet parking. We are located on street level at 450 Harrison Avenue.

From 93 Northbound Expressway
Take South Station exit and follow signs for 90 West/Albany Street. Take the Albany Street exit, then turn right on E. Berkeley St. at gas station. Then take first left onto Harrison Ave. You can enter a parking lot at 500 Harrison Ave and walk one block east to the gallery or you can look for onstreet parking. We are located on street level at 450 Harrison Avenue.

 

By Public Transportation:

Back Bay on the Orange Line.
A 15-minute walk. Exit rear of station onto Clarendon Street. Walk right down Clarendon to the intersection of Clarendon Street and Tremont Street, and take a short jog to the left. Take an immediate right onto Waltham Street. Follow Waltham straight to intersection of Harrison Ave. Turn left onto Harrison and follow to the intersection of Harrison and Thayer. We are located on street level at 450 Harrison Ave.
